QQQuant.com started from my own pain points around investing and trading. Almost all finance sites and brokerages focus on raw data and technical analysis around that raw data.
QQQuant.com's goal is to make it a lot easier to get insightful multi-time-period quantitative intelligence for important tenets of quantitative finance: performance, momentum, volatility, correlation, drawdowns, sharpe ratio (Risk adjusted returns) and many other factors.
Moreever, since the market is huge, it can be hard to know what's going on in different parts of the market, and be aware of the trends, opportunities and risks. Circumstances change all the time (e.g. innovation towards AI/AGI changing the tech landscape). My goal is to have a easy way to survey, compare and find promising opportunities across different time-periods and quantitative factors and have it aid my portfolio allocation.
I am a former quantitative developer for the quantitative hedge fund D.E.Shaw and a former Machine Learning tech lead at Google. I have a background in computer science and mathematics and have been investing and trading for over 15+ years. I have a passion for quantitative finance and I am always looking for ways to improve my investing and trading.
